Unipolar disorder
A condition characterized by  either a persistent manic state or a persistent state of depression (see bipolar disorder)

Universal grammar
A  hypothesized fundamental structure shared by  all  human natural language, thereby  accounting for the range of linguistic  variation they  exhibit

Universal machine
A  machine that carries out any program it is equipped to read. The main principles and future applications of the universal machine were formulated by Alan Turing. In effect, the combination of a modern day  computer and the programs it can read constitutes a universal machine
